Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation within a cGMP cleanroom. You will work on a defined shift, adhere to GDP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the production schedule.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and be comfortable with aseptic techniques and staying compliant with FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing or lab technique.
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Technical writing capability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to support production of blood component lots.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA closures within the shift.
• Maintain aseptic technique and qualification for processes.
• Record production data in accordance with GDP.
• Work in a cross-functional team to meet shift goals.
