Qualifications

• B.S. degree in immunology, cell biology or related field
• Experience with human T cell biology and analytical tools for T cell phenotype and function
• Experience with in vitro cell culture systems
• Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry
• Proven ability to work in a high-paced team environment, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong detail orientation and interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedule to maintain cell cultures and assays

Responsibilities

• Optimize and execute characterization of CAR T cells using flow cytometry and functional immunoassays
• Perform statistical data analysis where applicable
• Present experimental findings after study completion
• Collaborate with Product Sciences Team on novel analytical approaches
• Assist with laboratory management tasks and inventory
• Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks with thorough documentation
