Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in life sciences.
  • Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in academic/industry settings.
  • Ph.D. or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute studies to build next-gen lentiviral vectors for CAR‑T cells.
  • Develop strategies to increase yield and throughput of lentiviral platforms.
  • Collaborate with immunologists to interpret T-cell activation and differentiation data.
  • Provide scientific insights on cross-functional programs and decision making.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members toward project milestones.
  • Design experiments and communicate progress for Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Adopt novel methods and platforms across ongoing programs.
