Job summary

Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark in Clarksville, MD is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate. You will sell new and/or pre-owned vehicles and strive to meet dealership sales goals while maintaining ethical, customer‑focused service.

You will use the eLead CRM to manage customer contact, build relationships, present vehicle options, follow up after delivery, and generate new business through referrals. A valid driver’s license and experience in a commission-based environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in a commission- or bonus-based environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; general computer/software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles that meet customers' needs and goals; aim to exceed sales targets.
• Use the eLead CRM to manage all customer contact and records.
• Build relationships with customers and assess their needs.
