Antwerpen Chevrolet in Eldersburg, MD is seeking a Full Time Automotive Sales Associate to drive showroom sales and revenue by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

As part of a friendly sales team, you will greet customers, present vehicle options, arrange test drives, negotiate terms, and close deals while building lasting client relationships. A base salary plus commission opportunities are offered to reward performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or customer service sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and revenue by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our vehicles.
• Greet and assist customers in showroom and on the phone; schedule test drives.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Present product information, address questions, and close sales.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and exceed targets.
