Qualifications

• Fluent in a language other than English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a commission- or bonus-based environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Selling vehicles that satisfy customers’ needs and meeting or exceed dealership sales goals.
• Using the dealership CRM system (e Lead) to manage all customer contact and records.
• Building relationships with customers and consulting to determine their needs.
• Presenting vehicle options best suited to customers’ needs during test drives.
• Following up on all post-delivery items.
• Generating new business by prospecting and referring sources.
