You will demonstrate vehicles, negotiate terms, upsell products, and maintain knowledge of inventory and promotions to foster repeat business and referrals.

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged; base salary plus commission with strong earning potential.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a dealership environment, but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes, within the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in retail math to assist customers with financial inquiries effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the dealership and the customer.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
