Job summary

Toyota of Runnemede in New Jersey is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants for new and used vehicles. The role offers aggressive commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential and a 30% front-end commission. We welcome walk-in applicants and provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting test drives, building relationships, and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, and be self-motivated.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with current inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Work the internet, phone, and personal leads to convert them into auto sales.
• Close the deal and deliver the vehicle to customer.
