Job summary

Sansone Auto Mall is seeking a full-time Salesperson to greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through vehicle selection and test drives. You will present pricing, financing options, and collaborate with the finance team to close deals, while maintaining CRM records and following up with leads.

You will work on-site in Cranford, NJ, including evenings and weekends as needed, and build lasting relationships with customers for repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service and communication skills with active listening.
• Basic automotive product knowledge or willingness to learn vehicle features.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work on-site including evenings and weekends; reliable transportation.
• High school diploma; additional education in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
