Tim Dahle Automotive in Utah is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic team. You will engage with customers, present vehicle options, assist with financing, and navigate the sales process from test drive to paperwork.

No automotive sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. This role offers a competitive commission structure, performance bonuses, and opportunities to earn $100K+ annually through top performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Motivated by performance-based pay and goal achievement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
