Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers through sales process, including financing and paperwork.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other departments.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
