What You'll Do:

As a Car Sales Consultant, you will:

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing and financing process.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships utilizing CRM tools and follow-up strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Support Finance & Insurance initiatives to maximize customer value and dealership performance.
• Ensure sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with vehicle photography and online merchandising to support omnichannel sales efforts.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and visually appealing sales lot.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers and deliveries to partner locations as needed.
• Verify incoming inventory and ensure vehicles are properly checked in and prepared for sale.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
