Chapman Ford Sales in Philadelphia is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive the sale of new and used vehicles while maintaining dealership standards for profit, volume and customer satisfaction.

You will determine customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and deliver vehicles with a focus on customer understanding of features and paperwork. Expect a structured schedule with training and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

Responsabilidades

• The Sales advisor is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Conducts self in a manner which is consistent with guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
• Determines each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrates new vehicles (includes test drives).
• Delivers new vehicles to customers, explains operating features, warranty and paperwork, and builds loyalty.
• Attends sales meetings.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains prospect development system.
