We offer a flexible schedule, paid onsite training with a sales professional mentor and a 90 day guarantee. This role involves selling new and used vehicles, demonstrating features, delivering vehicles to customers, and maintaining an active follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to sell a minimum quota per dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while meeting dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives; deliver vehicles and explain features and warranties.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Develop prospects and track activities to improve time management and planning.
• Report objectives and performance to the New/Used Vehicle Sales Manager.
• Stay informed about product features and industry changes; explain depreciation and vehicle values.
