The role emphasizes customer-focused service, problem solving, and teamwork in a busy rental location. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process car rental transactions per SOPs.
• Offer optional supplementary products and upsell services.
• Handle phone and counter inquiries and address concerns.
• Complete and review rental paperwork and reports.
• Maintain rental files and location logs, and coordinate with shuttle drivers.
