• Complete, review, and submit reports to supervisor/manager.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files and location logs.
• Enter and maintain information in the computer system.
• Complete car exchange requests in the system.
• Communicate with shuttle drivers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
