Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue when they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and note items found.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue and assess satisfaction.
• Discreetly inspect vehicles for damage and route reports if needed.
• Keep the lot organized to support easy access and flow.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
