Job summary

National Car Rental is hiring a Return Agent at the Little Rock Airport location to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental return process. You will greet customers, handle returns, review charges, and guide them to the airport terminal.

A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential for success. Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Assist with the rental return process and provide accurate receipts.
• Identify lost and found items and document details.
• Explain rental charges and provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain a neat, organized lot and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
