Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and support the Emerald Aisle program at our Hanover, MD location. You will assist with vehicle selection, guide customers through the rental process, and help ensure a quick, efficient experience.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver's license. Shifts include 7:00am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm, Thursday through Monday with Tuesday/Wednesday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year customer service experience in last 5 years
• Valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to work the listed shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm Thu-Mon; 3:00pm - 11:30pm Fri-Tue

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with Emerald Aisle program
• Direct customers to exits and provide directions
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits
• Maintain Emerald Aisle and overall cleanliness
• Provide friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process
• Perform other customer service duties as needed
