Job summary

National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring a Customer Service Agent at our San Diego, CA location. You will greet customers, help them with Emerald Aisle selections, and ensure a fast, friendly rental experience.

Requirements include a California driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service or retail experience, and the ability to work 40 hours per week from 3pm to midnight, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot.
• Explain Emerald Aisle and rental options to customers.
• Process rental transactions and issue receipts.
• Direct customers to the airport or terminal as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and assist with vehicle checks.
• Ensure vehicle returns are examined for damage and fuel levels.
