National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, invites applications for a Return Agent in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on providing friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and assisting customers with the return experience on the lot.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Union setting with a shift bid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify lost and found items with unit number, date, and time and turn into lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts to customers.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Ensure customers are thanked using prescribed dialogue.
• Assess service quality and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct customers to complete damage/loss reports.
• Verify fuel levels and complete service alerts for damages or maintenance.
• Identify vehicles on system hold or recall and move them to proper lots.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and smooth traffic flow.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and perform other duties as assigned.
