National Car Rental in Tampa, FL is hiring multiple Customer Service Agent positions. You will greet customers, assist with the Emerald Aisle rental process, and support club member needs in a friendly, efficient environment across greeter, return, and exit booth duties.

Responsibilities include answering questions, verifying reservations, processing rentals and returns, and helping customers with directions and local information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers based on their brand needs and requests.
• Verifies rental agreements and reservations with customers by name.
• Ensures smooth handling of rentals and returns and assists with exchanges.
• Resolves issues to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provides directions and local information and reviews rental charges.
• Prepares rental documents accurately and completely.
• Maintains clean, presentable rental counters and customer areas.
• Answers phones in a friendly, helpful manner and supports queue efficiency.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality; performs related duties.
