Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Car Loader/Unloader to move vehicles within our terminal operations. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars, then park them for inventory checks and quality control, ensuring safe and efficient processing.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and the willingness to work 5 days a week (Fri–Sun included). Training is provided and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to lift 40 lbs overhead.
• Climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Open availability: 5 days a week; Fri/Sat/Sun required.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow safety procedures, speed limits, and operating guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
