Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Car Loader/Unloader in Fort Worth, TX to support Terminal operations. You will safely drive vehicles onto and off railcars and park them for inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, outdoor work in varying weather, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and availability to work five days a week including weekends. Training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Open availability; must work 5 days a week, including Fri/Sat/Sun.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing and inventory.
• Conduct basic inspections for damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors to ensure timely movement.
• Follow safety procedures and keep areas clean.
