ConGlobal is hiring a Car Loader/Unloader in Albuquerque, NM. You will safely drive vehicles onto and off railcars, and park them for inventory checks. The role requires outdoor work, attention to safety, and precise vehicle handling.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift 40 lbs overhead and assist with physical tasks.
• Available five days a week, with Friday–Sunday shift requirement.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify visible damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
