Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a Car Loader/Unloader in Milpitas, CA. You will drive vehicles onto/off railcars and park them for inventory checks and quality control. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors with attention to safety.

Schedule is 5 days a week with start times at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required. Competitive benefits and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40lbs overhead while standing.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required.
• Open availability to work 5 days a week, including Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Must pass pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
• Drug screening may be required per safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
