Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Car Loader/Unloader in Benicia, CA to move vehicles within our terminal operations. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars and park them for inventory checks and quality control with careful attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, comfort working outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You will work five days a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with early start times and safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Outdoors work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Open availability: 5 days a week (Fri–Sun required).
• Pre-employment background, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors for timely vehicle movement.
• Follow safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
