Job summary

ConGlobal in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Car Loader/Unloader to manage the movement of vehicles within our terminal. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars and park them for processing, inventory, and inspection.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You will undergo a pre-employment background check, a physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead while standing.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Manual transmission experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability for 5 days a week; Fri–Sun must be available.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
