Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring a Car Loader/Unloader in Baltimore, MD, to move vehicles within our terminal operations. Starting pay is $19.92/hour with full-time hours, a daytime schedule, and paid training to develop the skills needed for safe railcar vehicle handling.

You will drive vehicles on/off railcars, park them for inventory checks, and perform basic inspections while following safety procedures to protect cargo and maintain efficiency. Benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40lbs overhead while standing.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Manual transmission experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability to work 5 days a week; some weekend work.
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
