ConGlobal is hiring for a Car Loader/Unloader in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars, park them for inventory, and perform basic inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Five days a week with early start times are required, with paid training and competitive benefits.

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders/steps.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto/off railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing and inventory.
• Conduct basic inspections for damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
