Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone and in person through the vehicle-purchase journey in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, tailor options to budgets, and transition customers to service after sale, delivering an outstanding experience.

You will collaborate with a nationwide team, leverage technology, and strive to exceed targets while supporting dealership objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help close deals.
• Transition customers to the Service department after purchase.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
