Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• 1+ year experience in automotive service or sales preferred.
• Basic math skills for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone; schedule appointments; sell parts and services to improve vehicle performance.
• Manage service desk and register transactions; maintain organized shop and accurate records.
• Assist with vehicle service tasks and inspections as directed; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Follow cash, credit, and return policies; handle customer complaints and opportunities.
