• Schedule appointments, sell parts and services, and explain processes.
• Maintain service desk, register transactions, and vehicle inspections.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store organization.
• Follow company policies on cash handling and returns.
• Drive customer care and safety procedures daily.
