Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an energetic service desk associate to engage customers, sell parts and services, and ensure vehicles run at peak efficiency. You will be the first point of contact in-store and over the phone, schedule appointments, process transactions, and support shop operations while upholding our customer care standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year in automotive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, engaging and selling parts and service.
• Organize and supervise service business through work orders and register transactions.
• Assist in customer care, work orders, and store operations under management.
• Follow policies related to cash, credit, checks, refunds and returns.
• Perform routine express automotive services and vehicle inspections.
