Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• At least 1 year of automotive service experience; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for customers in-store or by phone; engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and sell parts and service.
• Organize service work orders and register transactions; maintain vehicle knowledge and parts information.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase (OP) ordering.
• Adhere to policies on payments, refunds and returns; address customer service issues with the team.
• Perform express automotive services (tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, etc.) and perform vehicle inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and wheel torque and services meet SOPs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized shop and comply with all policies and environmental rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
