Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to greet guests, respond to online inquiries, and guide them through the buying process from start to finish.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $120,000 per year, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits; final pay is base plus a percentage of department profit. A strong focus on service, relationships, and high integrity is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual is always a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process through to the final sale.
• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Answer internet leads and set appointments in-store or by email/phone.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
