Responsibilities

• Respond to customers who inquire about a vehicle online via phone and email
• Take customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate vehicles
• Schedule and confirm appointments, conduct test drives
• Follow up with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Maintain professional appearance and CRM records
