Job summary

Spinny is seeking a Car Consultant in the United States to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and clear communication.

You will be the first point of contact, listen actively, recommend products or services, and schedule visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to follow up. You will use software, databases, scripts, and tools to support the customer experience and strive to exceed call center metrics.

Responsibilities

• Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
• Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further.
