Spinny is seeking a Car Consultant in the United States to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and clear communication.

You will be the first point of contact, listen actively, recommend products or services, and schedule visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to follow up. You will use software, databases, scripts, and tools to support the customer experience and strive to exceed call center metrics.

You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.

Ideal Candidate

• An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in customer service.
