Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide empathetic service from start to finish.
• Document concerns and create repair orders for technicians; update vehicle status.
• Consult with customers on recommended repairs and explain service details.
• Review work and prepare invoices for billing; process service payments.
• Coordinate workflow to maintain productivity; follow EH&S requirements.
