Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead capture and proposal activities, translating customer needs into compelling technical and management narratives for Federal DoD and VA opportunities.

You will coordinate with pricing, program management, and subject matter experts to shape winning solutions, manage a small to medium team, and ensure alignment with win strategy while delivering clear briefings to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale proposals for federal government programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the technical, management and transition story and artifacts for proposals.
• Manage delivery of proposal volumes through color review stages.
• Identify essential personnel/roles to meet solicitation requirements.
• Translate solutions into effective business proposals and defend them in reviews.
• Coordinate with Pricing Lead to develop BOEs/LOEs and staffing plans.
• Ensure alignment with win strategy and PTW.
• Lead development of technical/artifact sections for proposals.
• Collaborate with lines of business to differentiate solutions.
