Cyber Defense Technologies seeks a Capture/Proposal Manager to lead the full business development lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission and transition to program execution within a small business. This role combines capture leadership, proposal management, and solution development across federal markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture lifecycle from qualification to contract award.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, and action plans.
• Coordinate proposal development using Shipley process; manage color/Gold teams.
