Job summary

ICF is seeking a dynamic Capture Director to support our Digital Modernization Group. This highly visible role will work with ICF’s senior leaders to develop strategy and drive business growth for the group’s largest opportunities.

Based in the Washington, DC area with a hybrid schedule, the role requires leading full lifecycle capture, including multiple strategic wins, and leveraging Shipley methodologies and DoD/Federal experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of capture-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing the full capture lifecycle.
• Experience leading capture efforts resulting in competitive prime contract wins valued at $50M+.
• Experience utilizing FAR.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by developing strategy for the group’s largest opportunities.
• Lead capture efforts from qualification through proposal close.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate market intelligence into winning capture strategies.
• Utilize Shipley methodologies in a DoD/Civilian federal context.
