Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is seeking an Account Coordinator for captive insurance management. You will manage a small portfolio of captive entities, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance for each client while coordinating with regulators, auditors, actuaries, and service providers.

This role emphasizes strong client service, timely reporting, and collaboration within a team that values accuracy and professional development.

Responsibilities

Client management: be the client’s primary contact, prepare financial statements, ensure captives are compliant with regulatory filings and deadlines.
Non-routine client management: handle special requests such as business plan changes or financial pro formas and changes with reviewer awareness.
Communication/relationships: manage day-to-day communications with clients and service providers; liaise with regulators, auditors, actuaries, tax advisors, bankers, and lawyers.
