The ability to report on results in a timely manner with accuracy is a must.**About the role****What you need to know:**As an Account Coordinator this position will manage a small portfolio of captive insurance companies while supporting colleagues that are managing large and complex captive insurance companies. This position will be the primary contact for all captive operations which includes financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance on behalf of captive owners.This role interacts with and ensures strong relationships with clients, regulators, captive directors, and key service providers. Our team cares about providing good customer service, being responsive, and working in a positive environment.**Performance Objectives include:*** + Client Management: Responsibilities include being the clients’ primary contact, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring captives are compliant with all regulatory requirements which includes various filings for each client accurately and with specified deadlines.* + Non-Routine Client Management: Perform special requests for clients, which may include tasks such as business plan changes, preparing financial proformas, or analyzing new agreements. Keep reviewer informed and involved early on with any non-routine changes as well as ask for guidance when needed.* + Communication/Relationships: Responsible for the day-to-day client and service providers’ communications for matters relating to captive business operations and insurance programs.
