Responsibilities

• Client Management: be the client’s primary contact, prepare financial statements, and ensure captives comply with regulatory requirements with deadlines.
• Non-Routine Client Management: handle special requests such as business plan changes, proformas, or new agreements with early reviewer involvement.
• Communication/Relationships: manage day-to-day communications with clients and service providers; liaise with regulators, auditors, actuaries, tax advisors, bankers and lawyers.
