Job summary

American International Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for Captive Management in Burlington, VT. You will manage a small portfolio of captive insurance companies, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.

You will interact with clients, regulators, and service providers, support non-routine requests, and contribute to special projects while working in a collaborative team focused on precision and client service.

Qualifications

Accounting experience with attention to detail.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience meeting filing deadlines in a team environment.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute to special projects.

Responsibilities

Be the client's primary contact, prepare financial statements, and ensure captives are compliant with all regulatory filings.
Handle non-routine requests such as proformas, business plan changes, or new agreements.
Coordinate day-to-day communications with clients, regulators, auditors, and service providers.
