Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and superior service. The role supports hybrid/work-from-home arrangements from any Hylant office location or remote work.

You will collaborate with Global Captive Solutions Team members, prepare financial statements, manage regulatory filings, and foster strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of one year of captive insurance, insurance accounting or related experience.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements by deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings for captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and other service providers.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with board meeting materials.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team on department initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
