Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or finance.
• 1+ year in captive insurance, insurance accounting, or auditing.
• Experience preparing financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements by deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings for captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and provide client service.
• Support business development and knowledge sharing.
