Hylant, a leading independent insurance brokerage, is seeking a Captive Account Manager. The role supports a portfolio of captive clients and collaborates with the Global Captive Solutions Team to deliver compliant, thoughtful solutions. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

You will handle billing and premium tracking, communicate with clients and providers, and contribute to proposals and internal training while maintaining strong time management and teamwork across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting required.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Billing for management and consulting in a timely, accurate manner.
• Track premiums for clients accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and service providers.
• Manage portfolio with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Support RFPs, client presentations, and internal training.
